About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our AI-driven EdTech solutions. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, education, and business operations.
As a Product Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, market fit, and user engagement of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and technical teams to improve our product offerings and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving our AI-driven products.
User Engagement & Support
Gather user feedback, analyze user behavior, and work with the product team to optimize product usability and satisfaction.
Operational Support
Assist in defining and improving operational workflows, ensuring smooth product launches and updates.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track product performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
Content & Documentation
Help create product guides, FAQs, and user manuals to support customers and improve onboarding.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to enhance product features and user experience.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for technology and education, with a keen interest in AI-driven products.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
