About the role
As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern, you will play a vital role in promoting our AI product. This includes creating and managing engaging content for platforms like Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram. We're building our brand presence from the ground up, so you'll have the freedom to experiment with fresh ideas and strategies, not tied to any single approach. Exploring new trends, tools, and promotion methods — both online and offline — is part of the job.
What you'll do
Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and post copy for Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram.
Account Management
Manage social media accounts across platforms; respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Performance & Iteration
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Trend Exploration
Research emerging trends, tools, and offline promotion ideas (e.g., campus events) to test new growth channels.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related degree program.
- Background or interest in digital marketing, social media, or communications.
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram (personal or professional use is a plus).
- Basic skills in video editing (e.g., CapCut or similar tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus for Xiaohongshu).
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (even personal accounts).
- Background in offline promotion (e.g., campus events) or innovative marketing ideas.
- Bloggers or content creators on any social media platform are especially welcome.
